The project is to rise near the village of Vištuk, in the immediate vicinity of a body of water, close to the vineyards and forests of the Little Carpathians. All of it with extensive amenities, including space for shops, cafés, a school and kindergarten, a senior centre, a health centre, sports facilities and a square by the lake.
Available will be family houses with ideal plot sizes, separate plots suitable for building, and modern flats in low-rise apartment buildings with practical and functional layouts.
